And with the sap system, it is obvious that they could exploit more from it.
 
Nowadays, the financial service enterprises are confronted with an obvious phenomenon; the market is more and more determined by the customers, and customer relationship management becomes a hot issue for the enterprises (Keller, 2011). To maintain the competitiveness in the fiercely competitive market, the financial service industry should satisfy the more and more strict requirement from the customer about the quality of the products and service. The enterprise need to provide high quality service in a short delivery lead time. Besides this, as the change in the demand from the customers, the enterprise should fully exchange the information with the partnership in the supply chain, to response more quickly and effectively to the various situations. As more and more enterprise has implemented the ERP system, the competition is becoming more and more fiercely, the real-time data analysis system and the automatic integration system becomes more and more urgently needed (Keller, 2013). And the information enterprise needs not only include the valuable data collection, but also includes the real time analysis of the data. Only in this way it can support the real time decision making for the enterprise and the customers, and after the analysis, the outcome should be presented to the operational department who are in need of them in the comprehensible form. And the data in relation with the operation of the company includes the order information, equipment status, material, cost and information concerning with the product and service quality.

The company is advised to provide a broaden development platform to the employees  to full play their potentials and make more contributions to the company. And the experienced worker is important in the conveying of the professional skills to the new employees, as the distinct features of the financial service industry, it is advisable that the tutors teach the new employees one by one. As different experienced workers may be familiar with different industries, and the new employees is allocated to different research groups. Besides the professional skills, the humanity is another important aspect in the human resources management of the Plum Financial Services. It is advisable that the company should well protect the interest of the workers, and the interest of the individuals should be in consistent with the groups at most times. And the company would protect the interest of the employees, especially the female workers, for example, the company would retain the position for the female women workers and pay them full salary during the parental leave, and the portion of the women workers would retain in a certain extent in the company, which could guarantee the opinions of female workers to be fully reflected in the enterprise. And in order to recruit the most capable workers for the company, the PFS should adopt a series of methods, besides the traditional method such as the TV channels and the newspaper, it also uses the social networking to facilitate the recruitment work, such as Twitter, Youtube and face book. Besides the open recruitment advertisement, the company also uses the resources of the old workers to introduce the capable talents, and this way is seemed to be a more reliable method. The operation of the Plum Financial Services is diverse, which means that the company could provide the employees a wide range of choices in the selection of the jobs, which could satisfy the characters of them(G. Lorenzoni and A. Lipparini 2009). After receiving the comprehensive training provided by the company, the employees are expected to have comprehensive recognition to the business of the company. To make a objective evaluation of the workers in the company, the evaluation work is especially important, and the critia of the evaluation should be complete and scientific(Brown, S. P. 2010). In the Plum financial services, it is advisable that the company should adopt a 360 evaluation method, which means the evaluation should from the administrative levels, the executive levels, the colleagues and the clients, and through this evaluation, the worker could better understand the possible disadvantage in the work, and where the weak point is.

The customers are from different social class and involve in various career, and they are probably come from different places with different cultural background, as Austria is a immigrant country with habitants all over the world. We should make full consideration of different kinds of customers and provide individual service. Because of the main personnel structure in the customers groups, people are mainly from wealthy family, they may put more emphasize on the quality of service, the price may not their main concern, we should make an atmosphere that they are noble customers deserves high services and provide the custom-made services (Keller,K. L.2011), for example, when providing service, it is advisable to make full considerations of their living habit or reading habit. And the enterprise also provide service to some students, to the students nearby, considering their economic conditions, they cannot depend on themselves, the enterprise will provide economy service, to provide financial information and the investment consultancy service at a low price in the aim at appealing the potential customers. and enable the quality of the service to attract more students to come to the enterprise, because the character of the students are huge number, we can deploy the small profits but quick turnover strategy (Keller, K .L. 2013).
 
During the operation of the business, it would establish various department, and each department is responsible for different duties, and the specific working allocation could be listed as follows, the financial department would be responsible for the accounting, to any shop operation, the accounting is always important, and this department should be responsible for the account record, the cash in and the cash out (F. E. and Garcia, J. E. 2007).. The promotion department would be responsible for the marketing and promotion, as a new business form in the downtown, there are lots of competitors in the country and all around the world, even not in the same industry, the promotion is important. The customer relationship management department would be responsible for the receipt of the customers, as the customers come to the company, the warm and hospitality receipt is especially important, this department would be responsible for the contact with the customers (Hitt, M.A. 2007). If the customers have any opinions or suggestions, Tuck would take it down and pass it to the shop for further improvement.. The information department would be responsible for the equipment maintenance of the SAP system, as the financial service company, the well operation of the serve and the information system is very important, and this position should be allocated to someone with technical abilities. And the work allocation is fully respecting the advantages of different workers.
