And the enterprise also provide service to some students, to the students nearby, considering their economic conditions, they cannot depend on themselves, the enterprise will provide economy service, to provide financial information and the investment consultancy service at a low price in the aim at appealing the potential customers. and enable the quality of the service to attract more students to come to the enterprise, because the character of the students are huge number, we can deploy the small profits but quick turnover strategy (Keller, K .L. 2013).
During the operation of the business, it would establish various department, and each department is responsible for different duties, and the specific working allocation could be listed as follows, the financial department would be responsible for the accounting, to any shop operation, the accounting is always important, and this department should be responsible for the account record, the cash in and the cash out (F. E. and Garcia, J. E. 2007).. The promotion department would be responsible for the marketing and promotion, as a new business form in the downtown, there are lots of competitors in the country and all around the world, even not in the same industry, the promotion is important. The customer relationship management department would be responsible for the receipt of the customers, as the customers come to the company, the warm and hospitality receipt is especially important, this department would be responsible for the contact with the customers (Hitt, M.A. 2007). If the customers have any opinions or suggestions, Tuck would take it down and pass it to the shop for further improvement.. The information department would be responsible for the equipment maintenance of the SAP system, as the financial service company, the well operation of the serve and the information system is very important, and this position should be allocated to someone with technical abilities.
