I have been fascinated by the elegant social customs and first-class education environment ever since my high school time’s short visit to the USA for English cultural communication. Since then, I have prepared myself to be ready for the challenge to study abroad. In my university time, there was one chance for me and thanks to so many people for giving me the chance and the conditions. Besides, since an early age, I have been interested into car, although I am a girl, so I selected Automobile Inspection and Maintenance as my major in college time over Beijing Institute of Technology, although few female staffs in this industry. With three years’ studying and practice in 4S automobile store of Mercedes-Benz educated me to get more knowledge about management for achieving much more successful career. Then I learned Business management in Beijing Information Science and Technology University. Following it, I arrived at Northeastern University to learn Leadership Management.
All of these education and practice experiences authorize me the ability to analyze problems objectively and seek resolutions effectively besides the strengthened quality of independency, self-discipline and willpower. And I grasped academic knowledge and mastered specialized skills that enable me to pursue advanced study in this field.
Globalization is one must trend in every corner. Global Project Management is what I have been interested into. Besides, risk’s controlling and predication also can be found and got in the science of Project Management, so my goal is defined as Master of Science in Project Management. What is more, for my own career orientation, it is also defined as one talented manager in automobile industry. Currently I am still shortage at the specific management skills in specific field, such as time, cost, labor, risk and so on. Master of Science in Project Management could faster my orientation under practice and knowledge’s promotion, so I am acutely aware that I need being continually educated in this field.
Besides the reasons of professional orientation, my own interests and hobbies is another reason why I want to learn project management in the near future. Charming of project management can be seen from so many successful cases, from Project Apollo to 2008’s Beijing Olympic Event. Although I have not the chance to participate into it, I did look up to those great events. I have a dream that one day I could do it. Maybe this dream’s achieving can be started from a small project and the basic knowledge’s learning.
As stated in the above part, I have experiences in different environments. This part will shortly review the practice experience of me in 4S automobile store of Mercedes-Benz. This work challenged me in so many aspects those I have never met in the past, like teamwork, problem’s resolving in a limited time, target’s orientation and so on. These risks compelled me to learn more. I believe project management can make me get the ability to resolve problems, to think logically and benefit the whole life.
My inner heart and my own definition on career push me to apply the graduate of project management. Hope I can get it.
我一直着迷的优雅的社会风俗和自从我高中时的英语文化交流的短暂访问美国一流的教育环境。自那时以来，我已经做好了准备，准备出国留学的挑战。在我上大学的时候，有一个机会，我感谢那么多人给我机会和条件。此外，由于从小，我一直感兴趣的车，虽然我是一个女孩，所以我选择了汽车维修和我在大学时在北京理工大学专业，虽然在这个行业的一些女性员工。三年的研究和实践，在梅赛德斯-奔驰汽车4S店的教育了我如何实现更成功的职业生涯，获得更多的知识管理。然后我在北京信息科技大学工商管理学。接着，我来到东北大学学习领导管理。

除了专业方向的原因，我自己的兴趣和爱好是在不久的将来，我想学习项目管理的另一个原因。舒适型可以看出，从项目管理这么多的成功案例，从阿波罗计划到2008年的北京奥运盛会。虽然我还没有机会参与进去，我没看那些伟大的事件。我有一个梦想，有一天我能做到这一点。也许这个梦想，AOS可以开始实现从一个小项目的基本知识和AOS学习。
诚如上述，我有经验，在不同的环境中。这部分将在短期内检讨的实践经验，我在梅赛德斯 - 奔驰汽车4S店。我在许多方面我从来没有见过，在过去，如团队精神，解决这项工作挑战，AOS解决在有限的时间，目标的定位等。这些风险迫使我了解更多信息。我相信项目管理可以让我得到解决问题的能力，逻辑思维，有利于整个的生活。
我内心的心和我自己的职业定义推我申请的项目管理的毕业生。希望我能得到它。
